Online Ordering

  1. Select a category from the Collections Page or click on one of the tabs eg. “girl’s costumes”
  2. Click on one of the images for more information and order placement
  3. nter quantity required for each size in the grid provided.
  4. When you have finished entering quantity for this item click on “add to shopping cart”.
  5. You will be prompted to register an account with Fairy Kisses or use an existing account. (Once registered you will be taken to a summary of your shopping cart)
  6. Once you see a summary of your shopping cart click “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout”.
  7. (Continue Shopping will lead you back to step 1 above. If you have finished shopping tick that you have read our Terms and Conditions and then click on the Checkout button at the bottom of your Shopping Cart. If you do not tick this box you cannot proceed to Checkout)
  8. Confirm your order and delivery options.
  9. Select the payment options available and confirm payment.
  10. An email confirmation of your order with an invoice will be sent to your email. Your invoice will be your proof of purchase.

We accept credit card payments via Paypal only.

 

Prices

The price payable by you for the Products will be indicated on your Order Confirmation and is inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) as per rates established by the Australian Government. All prices are in Australian dollars.

 

Delivery Time

Subject to product availability, all orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment.  We will contact you within this time following receipt of your purchase if the order is not available and will confirm if you would like to wait for the item in question.  Please allow up to 5 business days for Australian metro areas orders to be delivered.  Should you require your purchase on a specific date please let us know when finalizing you order in the "comments" section.

 

Delivery of Your Products

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the delivery address indicated on your Order via Australia Post Express Service. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your items to the delivery address indicated on your order. If no-one is available to take delivery of your order, our carrier may leave a card with collection details.

We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver your Products to you within 5 working days of the date of receiving the payment; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame and are not responsible for Australia Post negligence.

 

Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to ensure all our items are in stock, and display items as out of stock when our supply runs out, sometimes out of stock situations will occur. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately. You have the option to accept this order or cancel the order (in the event you need the order urgently).

 

Exchange / Refund

We value your satisfaction and enjoyment from your purchase from Fairy Kisses. We do not refund items for cash so please select your products carefully.

 

Returns Policy

Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your Fairy Kisses purchases, there may be a situation, where human error has occurred and a replacement may be needed. It is important you inspect all deliveries upon receipt of order. We are happy to refund your purchase within 7 days of receipt of delivery subject to our terms and conditions.

Use a trusted and traceable delivery service and make sure that postage is fully paid.

Items must be returned in their original condition, this means that the item is unworn and as new, all labels and tags remain attached, along with all the original packaging & a copy of the dispatch note. Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your return and advise whether your claim for refund has been accepted. Accepted returns plus postage will be refunded.

 

Faulty/Damaged Goods Claims

Any items purchased online suspected of being faulty need to be returned for assessment, at purchasers cost to the above Returns Address.
All items delivered to you need to be checked immediately upon receipt. In the case that an item is damaged on arrival this needs to be claimed with Fairy Kisses within 7 working days of receipt of goods.  Please read our detailed returns policy under Terms & Conditions.
